The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

When you visit this website, technically necessary data is automatically collected and stored in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, amount of data transferred, browser type/version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security and stability of the service). The data is automatically deleted after 14 days, unless security incidents require longer retention.

This website is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). When the pages are accessed, technical connection data (see server log files) is transferred to Google to enable delivery. The data is processed in the EU region. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google. EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply for any transfer to third countries.

If you send us a request via the contact form, your details (name, company, email, optionally phone, country, fleet size, message) will be stored to process your request and for any follow-up questions. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient customer communication). We do not pass these data on without your consent. Data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing, at the latest after 24 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser (https://) and the lock symbol.

This website uses the "Inter" font, which is hosted locally on our server. There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts); your IP address is not transmitted to any third-party provider.

This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies. The language selection uses the language prefix in the URL — no cookies are required.
